589 BP Improving

At my internist today, the nurse got a BP of 130/90, and that was after I'd made the hike from the Baptist parking garage to Medical Plaza 2. Once I'd been sitting around waiting for the doctor, with plenty of time to relax, he got a 128/80. That's the best I've seen in a doctor's office since I was diagnosed with hypertension. Doc wasn't too happy to hear that the cardiologist couldn't see me until September (and that, even with his office's cajoling). I might get a nice bump in that schedule. For now, more of the same: no changes in medication.
